Fumin is a grape from the Alpine region of Valle d'Aosta in Northern Italy, and this one is a fine example. From 15 year old vines, it is aged in oak for 12 months. It is full-bodied and rich with dark fruits like blackberries and cherries. It's pleasantly tannic and has an earthy side alongside the deep fruit flavours.
